Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival

• Incorrect or different from the product ordered

• Missing parts or accessories

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Products must be unused and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Products without original packaging or accessories

• Products returned after the 7-day return period

• Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable original payment method or another suitable method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or a video showing the product and packaging to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.

Return Shipping

For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, Vrinda Home will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other return requests, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
